Brian A. Wendler, CPAABV, CM&A, MBA, BCB, CFP, MCBC

With over 22 years of professional experience in business valuation, mergers and acquisitions, analysis and structuring of traditional and non-traditional private placement investments, Brian Wendler is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), Certified Merger & Acquisitions, (CM&A), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Master Certified Business Counselor (MCBC - one of only seven people to be honored with this designation by the Institute of Certified Business Counselors), and is a Board Certified Broker (BCB). He also holds General Securities, Financial & Operations, and Municipal Securities Principal licenses, as well as a Texas real estate brokers license, and is a Candidate Member in the American Society of Appraisers.  for complete bio click here

   

TEAM MEMBER - Rebecca Crowley

Rebecca Crowley is a Certified Public Accountant with twelve years of accounting and consulting experience. She is registered in the State of South Carolina and has been a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1993. She was in public practice for five years, including two years with KPMG in Botswana where she worked primarily in audit and management consulting services. Ms. Crowley also spent several years at private manufacturing firms where she performed internal audit, reporting, budgeting and analysis functions. She has been working as a senior business valuation analyst since 1999 and has completed numerous valuation assignments for the following purposes: buying and selling of businesses, gifting and estate tax planning, built-in-gain - corporate restructurings, buy/sell agreements, and SBA financings.

   

TEAM MEMBER - Barbara Turner

Barbara Turner is a Valuation Analyst with 14 years of accounting experience. She graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1989 with a B.B.A. in accounting. Ms. Turner is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. She has spent several years at private manufacturing firms where she performed reporting, budgeting and analysis functions. Ms. Turner has also been a Corporate Controller where she performed all audit functions and required SEC Filings.

     In order to keep abreast of national trends in buying and selling businesses, investments, and the capital markets, NBVS has created one of the most notable advisory boards in America.

 •Jackie Kimzey - Currently serves as a General Partner of one of the Sevin Rosen Funds (Sevin Rosen was one of the early investors of Compaq and Lotus). Jackie has had nearly 20 years of experience as an executive at wireless carrier and service provider companies. He was a co-founder and CEO of wireless provider ProNet, during which time he was involved in more than 30 acquisitions.

 •John Rodda - Former Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Republic Gypsum Co., a $200 Million NYSE company. John has over 40 years of senior management experience in manufacturing; due diligence and SEC compliance; chairmanship of acquisitions and investment committees, along with strategic planning.

 •Roger Murphy - Murphy Business & Financial Services, Inc. Roger is one of the most successful business brokers in the country. Based out of Tampa, Florida, he has built one of the largest business broker operations in Florida, with over 50 licensed business brokers. His firm is one of the charter members of the Business Brokers of Florida and he has over 20 years experience in executive and financial management.

 •Bud Sandberg - Bud is one of the ole "pros" of the business. He is President of Wals & Associates, Ltd. in Minneapolis, Minnesota. His firm acts as business intermediary. He recognizes that buying or selling a business is a financial transaction of great significance and strives to provide the highest level of professionalism, and confidentiality. He has completed transactions anywhere it makes sense to do so.

 •Craig Keeland - President & Founder of Via Viente, Inc. and Youngevity, Inc, a Dallas-based nutritional company started in 1991. Investor, advisor to billionaires and presidents, Craig has keen business insight and broad industry know-how.

 •Mark Richardson - JM Richardson is one of the most successful business brokers in America. Mark has held the title and position of Controller and Chief Financial Officer for more than twenty firms, with annual revenues ranging from $100,000 to $100 million. As a licensed California Real Estate broker, Mark has facilitated numerous business acquisitions, valuations, business opportunities, and lease negotiations.
