American Business Appraisers National Network is a consortium of independent business appraisal firms that cooperate on personal, professional, marketing, practice management, and technical matters.  National Business Valuation Services, Inc. is the Dallas/North Texas affiliate firm.

American Business Appraisers National Network’s goals are to:

  • Be a community of advanced business valuation practitioners dedicated to professional and related personal sharing, learning, mutual assistance, and camaraderie,
  • Represent a brand of national-class business appraisal excellence,
  • Be apolitical with respect to the industry, people, organizations and issues, and
  • Meet each individual member’s needs by reinforcing each member’s marketing, technical and practice management expertise.

AICPA members represent many areas of practice, including business and industry, public practice, government, education and consulting Membership is also available to accounting students and CPA candidates. The AICPA sets ethical standards for the profession and U.S. auditing standards for audits of private companies, non-profit organizations, federal, state and local governments. It develops and grades the Uniform CPA Examination.

NEBB Institute provides USPAP compliant training for certified machinery and equipment appraisers to business owners, bankers, accountants/CPAs, attorneys, lenders, and appraisers.  Based on comprehensive and intensive study of valuing machinery and equipment, business professionals pass an extensive examination and earn the professional designation of Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA).
